Food was good needs more traditional Mew Mexican plates. Texmex items good but honor the unique New Mexican flavors. Service was good. Hard to find off of Paseo in back of complex. Old crowd in attendance.

The food is like home made! Such a good authentic Mexican restaurant, with a large selection of tastes but of course for me the mole take the price! Michele the server is absolutely charming and make us laugh, that is good service! Very cozy atmosphere and don't forget the flan!

Mucho Gusto is one of my favorites in Santa Fe! Beautifully, professionally ran -- I don't think I've ever had a bad meal there. I love the mole enchiladas -- one of my favorites. I also really like their ice cream chocolate pie. If you're a chocolate guy like me -- simply to die for. The service is always top notch and efficient. The food is great and comes out consistent. Plenty of parking. And really great prices! I love this place and keep coming back, it's a charming restaurant with great food and excellent service. One point of feedback is -- their guacamole portions are very small and it's not the best item on the menu. If they could make them bigger and better it would be great. Everything else his awesome, especially fajitas and enchiladas!

I've been here a few times in the last year when I swing through town to visit my folks. Each time when they suggest eating here I draw a blank as to where it is until we pull up to the out of the way building it's in. I actually wonder if the two buildings surrounding the parking lot were an old hotel once upon a time. As nondescript as the building is, the food is anything but. The steak fajitas were cooked to perfection, and the guacamole was just so fresh and flavorful. The waitresses were nice and attentive, and very Covid aware, cleaning between customers and wearing gloves and a mask. I'll come back I'm sure, and by my next visit I should be able to remember it based on the consistently good meals.

We had lunch at Mucho Gusto today and it was charming. The restaurant is in a back corner of a nondescript old shopping center and is three smallish rooms of tables, so definitely on the smaller side. There were two waitresses handling all of the tables, although one seemed to be in charge of taking the orders and bringing food and the other seemed to handling all of the beverages. Both very friendly and attentive. The food was the shining star. My brother got the lamb tacos, dad got the salmon and I got "The Bomb" which is a chicken breast stuffed with cheese, sundried tomatoes, Serrano peppers and almonds, and then topped with a delicious cream sauce. Food was fresh, unique and delicious. We also asked for (and paid for) chips and salsa. The red salsa was smoky and the green salsa was tangy and fabulous! It's not a fancy experience, but it is a uniquely Santa Fe experience, and the food was epic. We will come back.
